The Role Management Support the Head of Internal Audit (IA) in monitoring risks and the internal control systems local company Advise local management on practical solutions to improve internal control systems and local company’s performance Communicating with a variety of stakeholders across the company Professional Perform an annual risk assessment for local company using a risk-based methodology and submit this for review and approval to the Head of IA Execute the annual audit plan for local company including any specific projects in the area of Governance Risk and Compliance requested by the Head of IA and the CEO of local company Support local management in the implementation of internal control systems, such as local policies and procedures and process improvements based on best practices Carry out the internal audit work objectively and impartially in a balanced, unbiased and professional manner Report timely to the Head of IA and senior management of local company on the results of the internal audit reviews, such as any major internal control deficiencies detected Monitor progress in the timely and effective implementation of audit procedures resulting from internal audit activities Take part or lead the investigations of possible fraud cases on management request Set up and enhance the internal control framework awareness within the company Others Develop and implement local policies and procedures and internal control concepts Support in the risk management procedures for local company The Candidate Higher education in Business, Economics, Finance or related sphere 5+ years experience in operational audit in Consulting and/or “in-house” company Experience in/with foreign well-known companies would be an advantage Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or similar professional education is a plus Must prove high standards of professional and social ethics Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in risk assessment, solution implementation, and objective decision-making. Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
