Digital & media full-funnel strategy development & implementation, alignment of all O+O touchpoints and product focuses Designing and maintaining the brand’s online presence including IMC campaigns, retail media, digital special projects, SEM/SEO Coordinating with media agencies, platforms and in-house digital media desk and media experts for digital media results evaluation and optimization Media plan development, adjusting and validation Campaigns’ operational management: agency briefing, creatives delivery control, BLS and media tracking preparation, alignment with e-activation, e-commerce and other functions, follow-up ongoing and final results, making learnings and conclusions for future campaigns. Digital special projects leading & full management Data management (1P, 2P, 3P), identifying optimal targeting segments, golden rules implementation Working closely with brand team on digital support planning for key products, on digital content quality to improve marketing results and push sales Digital content creation for multiproducts projects (brand zones, activations etc) Owned (non-selling) website management, SEO/SEM strategy implementation, UX/UI optimization. Online consumers services management and support Identifying the latest trends and technologies in the industry, looking for new growth drivers, researches launching, media test&learns (new platforms & formats, segments, creatives, landing pages etc.) Digital media budget control and optimization Key requirements: Proven working experience in digital marketing (3 years min) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Solid knowledge of digital analytics metrics & tools Excellence in execution, with agility and rigor, attention to details Multitasking and time management Work in team, create collaboration for bigger success English - upper intermediate
