We have opened the position of Procurement Specialist. Procurement department acts as a center of expertise covering wide range of procurement activities including Vendor Management, Outsourcing Managementand Travel arrangements in accordance with Global Policies and procedures. Role description and Candidate requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIESThree-way match of supplier invoices against contracts, purchase orders and othersupporting documents.Handling purchase requests, including IT equipment, software licenses, etc.On-boarding new suppliers in accordance with the Bank’s procurement policies andprocedures.Supporting Competitive bidding process for the purposes of new suppliers on-boardingand large value procurement in accordance with the Bank’s procedures.Maintaining up-to-date Supplier data in relevant systems.Creation of electronic copies of agreements concluded with vendors by the ProcurementDepartment.Travel support to the Bank’s staff as well as visitors from other MUFG offices by procuringtransport services and accommodation.Ensure timely remediation of audit points.Support the development and delivery of ad-hoc project work (e.g. implementation of newregulatory requirements and/or new internal initiatives from Head Office) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEssential:Work experience, preferably in Accounts Payable, General Admin orsimilar areas.Understanding of accounting documents, such as invoices, acceptance documents, etc.Ability to process large volume of documents such as vendor contracts. English level – Intermediate and higherStrong writing skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) PERSONAL REQUIREMENTSAttention to details and accuracyGood communication skillsResults driven, with a strong sense of accountability Fixed salary. Lunch allowances. Temporary contract for 1 year with the possibility of extension. Full-time employment (9.00-18.00, 5 days per week). Hybrid working regime (office + home).
