RESPONSIBILITIES: Comprehensive analysis of the regional performance Analytical support of regional managers Promotion of the analytical tools and reports across the sales organization Business processes optimization Search of sales growth opportunities in regions Sales and market analysis Regular and ad-hoc reporting Leading of business review process and regional performance еvaluation Search of insights in regional analytics Visualization of reports and Data quality control Proactive analysis of various data sources Leading of data center training New employee onboarding Cross-functional collaboration Client's data cross-check POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Strong analytical skills Previous experience of working in Pharma/FMCG. Sales structure, pricing, secondary sales and market analysis, investment effectiveness analysis. Experience in analytics of distributors and pharmacy chains data.
