We’re looking for a highly motivated Operations Coordinator who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to take initiative to solve problems. Once Here You Will Manage office reception desk Handle basic Chauffeur and Partner inquiries promptly, demonstrating the ability to make decisions during non-standard situations Provide a high level of customer service to chauffeurs both in person and digitally Identify Chauffeur issues, implement scalable solutions, and effectively communicate back to the chauffeur community. Effectively communicate with chauffeurs through calls and emails or personal meetings with fast response time Take ownership of chauffeurs issues and following problems through to resolution or escalation Facilitate amenity distribution among our Chauffeurs and Partners Our Ideal Candidate 1+ years of experience in an operational and customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced environment; hospitality and luxury services experience is a plus Must have strong customer (chauffeur) -facing and communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail as you would be managing multiple tasks within the day.
