Commercial Finance Analyst is a Business Partner to the biggest part of the organization – Sales department, providing financial support and guidance. Works in close collaboration with Key Account and Trade marketing leaders helping them to make decisions while maintaining financial commitments. Commercial Finance analyst provides accurate, timely and meaningful financial analysis to business and finance community. Key Responsibilities: Close collaboration with Sales business partners in control and analysis of GtN investments. Lead regular review and risk assessment with action plan development. Contribute to Sales operational planning cycle by consolidating inputs, providing variance analysis, and identifying potential improvements. Lead month closing process for the partners in scope, including accruals verification, reserves calculations, adjustments preparation in close collaboration with GS finance. Commercial activities efficiency assessment with focus on high ROI according to targets and development of recommendations with focus on continuous growth, pre- and post-promo analysis. Commercial team support in preparation to annual negotiations with partners by providing accurate and comprehensive data and helping up to setup sufficient investment levels. Participate in Business Plan preparation and updates by accumulation of inputs from business partners and risk and opportunities assessment with focus both on Customers and Brands. Contribute to actionable customer profitability assessment. Drive standardization and effectiveness across finance planning and controlling processes and tools. Act with Compliance in top of the mind. Support ad-hock reports from business and BUF. Requirements: University degree in finance/economics. 1-3 years’ experience in financial analysis/ management reporting. Strong level of communication and business partnering skills. Knowledge of Russian and US GAAP accounting principles. Good understanding and ability to use in practice factor method for variance analysis. Flexible and proactive approach to work with ability to deal with multiple requests and tight deadlines. Excellent in Excel, ability to work with big amount of data. Knowledge of Access and SAP would be an advantage. Easy going with any digital instruments. Fluent in Russian and English. Open for further development.Похожие вакансии
