Financial Manager

We are currently seeking a dedicated Financial Reporting Manager to support our team in the preparation of financial statements for various legal entities in different countries, as well as the maintenance of financial records and general ledger, and the implementation of efficient accounting processes. Essential responsibilities: Performing complex general ledger accounting tasks to maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations Supervising financial reporting processes and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports Preparing and analyzing financial statements, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements for companies operating in various countries Adhering to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Reviewing and analyzing financial data to provide recommendations for improvement Introducing new accounting software to improve overall productivity and data accuracy Developing and implementing internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations Overseeing the preparation of external financial reports for regulatory agencies (e.g., VAT Returns in UAE) Analyzing financial documents and providing guidance to management regarding financial decisions Collaborating with other departments, external auditors, and consultants for effective communication and teamwork Qualifications: 5+ years’ experience in accounting and financial reporting Excellent knowledge of IFRS Experience in working with auditors and consultants Experience in automating accounting processes and ERP implementation is considered advantageous Experience with Caseware is a plus Strong team player with exceptional communication skills Can-do attitude toward overcoming challenges Willingness to tackle unconventional tasks Proficiency in English This is what we are offering: Welcoming international team of highly skilled professionals in our excellent office that demands your full attention Flexible schedule Generous paid vacation policy Great corporate culture with internal events Competitive salary
