Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Leading Due Diligence engagements under the oversight of Manager, Director or Partner; Preparation of data books and DD reports, including detailed financial analysis and reporting on findings; Preparation of presentations and proposals; Communications with the client and target. We are looking for candidates with: Higher Finance /Mathematics; 3+ years’ experience in audit and/or financial due diligence; Big4 experience will be a strong advantage; Knowledge of RAS and IFRS standards is a must; Completed ACCA, CFA or equivalent will be an advantage; Verbal and written communication skills; Excellent MS Office skills and knowledge of 1C; English – upper intermediate, including business writing skills; Team player focused on meeting tough deadlines with the highest level of quality.
