Position: Senior Brand Manager (Beauty Care) Reports to: Marketing Manager Your role: Strategy and brand positioning development for the iconic brand in beauty industry Communication platform and creative assets development in close collaboration with agencies & in-house structures Innovation pipeline elaboration & execution, leadership of a cross-functional team Initiation of relevant consumer/shopper researches to build brand strategies, activity plans and initiatives Preparation of recurring brand performance reports & presentations (including brand financials, market analysis, etc.) Close work with Trade marketing, NRM, Sales and Supply chain teams to develop, execute launches and promotion activities Brand budget set up and management Leading of 1 direct report Your skills and competences: Higher education (as advantage - economics with business management / marketing / communication) Relevant FMCG experience min 3+ years on brand management position English - Upper-Intermediate and higher Data-driven approach and excellent analytical skills Strong Leadership skills Advanced communication, negotiation and presentation skills Strategic thinking Advertising campaign development experience is preferred with focus on TV and Media Creativity as a plus, resilience as a must What we offer: A unique opportunity to drive forward local market and an extensive work experience in constantly changing environment Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (salary+yearly bonus) Mobile phone compensation Lunches Medical & life insurance after 3 months Hybrid work model Well-being program Sick leave is compensated by the company Extended paid vacation (31 calendar days per year) Opportunity to join a vibrant culture of trust and belonging
