Python + NextFlow Python+NextFlow, Git, Linux, data science experience (Jupyter / RStudio) a plus 5+ years in a development role Fluent English (both written and verbal form) Applicable qualification in software development or computer science Background or experience in human cancer biology is a bonus Ability to advise software developers on relevant biology Comfortable with unix command line / shell script programming Familiar with sequence analysis and/or microarray data analysis tools and algorithms Experience with next-generation sequencing data, and a record of publications a plus Applied mathematics, Bayesian statistics, machine learning, optimization algorithms, and bioinformatics experience a plus Why should you join us?
