The role Head of Financial Reporting involves all aspects of financial management, including monthly corporate reporting, annual budget preparation, forecasts, monthly monitoring of deviations, preparation of analytical reviews, internal control review, ad hoc reporting. We assume also participation in projects, communications with external and internal auditors. As a Head of the department you will lead the team of finance controllers. Fundamental skills that are required in order to be a successful Head of Financial Reporting, include: Strong knowledge of IFRS, RAS; strong Excel skills, 1C, SAP; Strong reporting skills; Ability to meet strict deadlines; Strong leadership and communication skills; A passion for business improvements and higher level view of the finance function; Strong analytical and organization skills.
