What you have to do: To make customers happy by solving difficulties quickly and efficiently; To find the best ways to solve problems in the course of communication with customers; To present the advantages of the product, new products and bonuses, individually selected for each client; Communicate with clients in calls; Record your wins in the CRM system. Our ideal candidate: Speaks one of the languages: Turkish/Azerbaijani/Ukrainian; Is able to conduct a dialogue competently and politely; Strives to help clients in solving any issues; We consider candidates without work experience — we train at the start of a career and do not leave you alone with new tasks.
