(300 days of the sun on the island, Mediterranean coast, international job environment, and strong team) Our team is developing a payment gateway for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. It contains multiple integrations with payment systems, providers, and other gateways and processors, including 3DS. We are looking for a Middle/Senior Kotlin Developer who will create new payment integrations for our own homegrown Payments Platform. Responsibilities: Add new payment functionality; Support of current features Monitoring/alerting improvements. Requirements: Kotlin: 3+ years experience; Java: 5+ years experience; Experience in systems that involve billing, payment gateways providers and payment processors; Solid understanding of PCI DSS compliance, ISO 27001, information security standards and methodologies; Experience designing and optimizing relational databases (MySQL); Experience with noSQL databases (Redis); Knowledge of event sourcing and distributed message systems like using Apache Kafka; Excellent grasp of engineering principles, test-driven development, and CI/CD process; Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to communicate succinctly, effectively explaining technical concepts to non-technical personnel both in Russian and English (upper-intermediate and higher). Experience in payment processors/providers integrations. It will be a plus: Experience with AWS; Solid understanding of microservice architecture; Spring Framework; Camunda understanding.
