A gold mining company in Africa is looking for HR Manager Обязанности: Adjustment of corporate Human Resource Policies and Procedures to the local law and standards; Control of drafting of employment agreements for local staff; HR record keeping for expats (hiring, change of position/ salary , dismissal procedures, the record of business trips); Organizing the process of developing job descriptions for locals and expats and controls their execution; Administration of payroll and benefits for personnel; Adjustment of payroll taxes calculation due to changes the local law; Organizing of personnel performance evaluation; Participation in labour market reviews and analyses of the financial conditions of company`s local employees Preparation of HR budget and control over its execution; Conducts personnel records ( expats) in the program 1C and organize conducting personnel records of local employees; Organizing and control over recruitment of local staff, cooperation with recruiting and outsourcing agencies; Supervises the process of adaptation of new employees; Organizing the health and life insurance procedure for local staff; Organizing medical check up of the expats for getting residence visas; Discipline control - conducts timesheets, the schedule of vacations, shifts work rotation schedule; Expat`s visa support (resident visas, permissions for entrance, permissions for moving inside country) , Organizing expats changeover according to the shifts plan - meeting in the airport, hotel accommodation, transport, food Provides timely and quality reporting on personnel matters; Supervise and control work of local HR and administrative specialists; Maintains relations with the local labor authorities; Participates in the resolution of labor disputes and conflicts with the staff. Требования: Higher education in HR, finance; 3-5 years of relevant work experience in Africa is an advantage; ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information; ability to analyze information and to prepare reports to HQ; macro writing ability to calcutate local taxes; orientation to the result; stress resistance; time management skills, ability to meet challenging deadlines; strong written and verbal communication in English is a must; Arabic is an advantage; computer skills - MS Office (Word, Excel, PP) Условия: work in Africa by shifts ( 2 /1) leaving allowance, air tickets and medical insurance on behalf of the company
