Large well-known international FMCG company in search of Recruiter Responsibilities: Arrange, coordinate and control office recruitment in the assigned area of responsibility - full cycle; Constant interaction with heads of departments on hiring issues: feedback collection, job profile work out and correction; Management of recruitment sources: specialized web sites, company database, recruiting agencies, direct search, reference network, etc; Regular preparation of statistical reports on hiring; Recruitment KPI acheivement: % of personal recruitnment, TTF, etc; Participation in Recruitment projects (Fresh Graduate Recruitment, etc); Other HR related activities. Requirements: Experience in recruitment (agency or inhouse) not less than 3 years; Broad candidate network in CE/FMCG market; Successful management of 15+ vacancies simultaneously in search; Confident user of all searching sources; Good understanding of recruitment metrics; Higher education in HR field would be preferable; Upper-intermediate level of English; Strong communiation skills; Orientation for result and stress resistance; High level of responsibility; Ability to learn fast.
