Mayflower is a technology company that alters the entertainment industry to a new level of perception and engagement. We are building the future of live entertainment. The HR team consists of 18 people. The T&D block appeared a little less than a year ago, received more recognition, and became an indispensable help for business. During this time, more than 30 initiatives were implemented with the help of both internal and external experts. The report will be made to the T&D Lead, who reports to HRD. We have a strong, competent, and friendly (like really friendly and supportive) team that often exchanges expertise and feels together in projects. Responsibilities: Participation in the talent management initiatives (succession planning, competency matrix development, etc); Development and delivery of trainings and facilitating education sessions; Explore and identify the best knowledge base systems and streamline the organization of our knowledge repository for infinity management learning; Transfer of face-to-face content to the e-learning platform; Oversee the design and delivery of Manager development learning programs; Maintaining an L&D system (processing training tickets, receiving feedback); Participation in the creation of programs for employees. Requirements: Minimum 2 year in L&D department; Experience with learning and development tools, e.g. e-learning, training design, blended learning; Strong presentation skill; English B2; Passion for learning and development and desire to grow its impact of L&D; Ability to work in the field of changing requirements. It will be a plus: Finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in HR / Psychology / Learning and Development); Transfer of face-to-face content to the e-learning platform; Project management experience is a plus; Сertification ATD; Сertification CIPD; Сertification AIHR.
