We are looking for an experienced BI Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the company. You will be working as part of the Global Analytics Team, reporting to the Lead of Analytics. Your role will go beyond merely generating reports; you will be expected to extract meaningful insights from data and set standards and best practices for working with BI tools and data in the DWH. Your mission is to transform data into actionable insights through analysis and visualization, enabling informed business and product decisions. Expected Outcomes: Ensure that data and reports are reliable, accessible and usable for analysis and decision-making across the company; Real-time monitoring is available for product releases and experiments. Key Responsibilities: Develop insightful and user-friendly reports that simplify stakeholders’ lives; Develop and support data structure that enables quick retrieval of the necessary information; Provide ongoing support for cross-functional data users through maintenance of reports, queries, and dashboards; Present and communicate insights. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; 4 years of experience delivering results with data visualization tools; 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics; 4 years of experience in SQL and Data Visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or similar technologies); English level B2. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree in a related field; Experience supporting data-informed decision-making for logistics and ride-hailing companies; Experience with translating business requirements to BI solutions; Experience with explaining technical analysis to stakeholders.
