Key Account Manager DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Develop Key Accounts Strategy2. Develop new Key Accounts and coordinate with dealers to achieve the target3. Set up the Customer Relationship Management4. Develop the necessary policy for Key Accounts development5. Develop special campaign for Key Accounts6. Visit and contact Key Accounts to get the feedback reports7. Support dealers for national and regional Key Accounts development8. Collect necessary information from dealers for Key Accounts development9. Set up the database for Key Accounts10. Record the necessary information of Key Accounts11. Create successful stories and gallery for Key Accounts12. Arrange Key Accounts marketing activities13. Monitor the satisfaction of Key Accounts and the potential purchase plan14. Collect the information of public tenders15. Participate the tenders and coordinate the dealers of participation of tenders16. Coordinate with inner department for Key Accounts satisfaction and issues17. Temporary work assigned by the supervior Education: University degree in mechanical major, commercial or international trade. Experience: 3 Years of experience in sales in construction equipment or similar Language: English and Russian Travel: Available for traveling in both home and abroad according to the requirements.
