How you are going to impact As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day HR operations, supporting various HR functions and ensuring the well-being and productivity of our employees. This position requires a highly organised and result-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment (60-70% of Responsibilities): Hiring Process Management: You will oversee all stages of the hiring track for your candidates – from developing search strategies and initiating first communications to preparing offer letters. You will handle both IT and business vacancies, typically managing 6-10 open positions simultaneously. Building Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, advising them on recruitment matters and managing their expectations effectively. Conducting HR Interviews: Your task is to delve deeper than simply asking about past experiences. You will conduct structured interviews, assessing both the cultural fit of the candidate and their technical skills through targeted questions. Candidate Communication: Many of our desirable candidates receive multiple offers. You will need to develop communication strategies that position us to win in this competitive environment. Corporate Culture Maintenance: Organising Corporate Events: Plan and execute company events to promote a positive workplace culture. HR Administration: Document Management: In collaboration with the office manager, you will be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle documentation, from hiring to termination. Discover your Fit Experience with Complex Vacancies: Proven experience handling challenging roles (IT and/or business positions) with specific requirements, requiring targeted search strategies. Building Relationships with Hiring Managers: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, demonstrating that lowering requirements is not the only solution to filling difficult vacancies. Corporate Event Organisation: Experience organising corporate events, understanding vendor companies, and current trends for events with up to 100 participants. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Familiarity with the Russian Labor Law and practical experience in managing employee documentation. Excellent English skills: part of our team is English speakers. Proactivity: Ability to think ahead, prevent risks, and proactively seek for new opportunities. Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving results rather than simply doing things right or winning arguments. Flexibility: Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift rapidly. Able to adapt quickly, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently. Engagement: Genuinely care about the quality of candidates and the company's progress. Willing to voice concerns if time is being spent on low-value activities. Attention to Detail and Organizations skills: Essential for handling documentation and organising events.
