An analyst is needed for our client - holding company which is a private equity fund and in-house incubator that is investing and cultivating startup companies to bring them into the global markets. Its portfolio comprises innovative technologies and projects in the following domains: -FoodTech -MedTech -Renewable Energy -Oil and Gas -WaterTech Starting from investment and market analysis, research, concept initiation stage and ending with the feasibility study, tests stages, design and building systems for demonstrating the technology (accelerating phase) that will later spin-off to the creation of start-up companies. Responsibilities Carrying out all market and financial aspects of due diligence on new investments (business analysis, market trends, competitive landscape, business/pricing model, and financial modeling / deal structuring) Conduct financial, market research and analysis, including deep diving into new industry sectors, for all companies/projects under our portfolio. Supporting in preparing business plans and presentations, Carrying out financial and market analysis as part of new technologies evaluation Supporting in preparing final investment decision on new technologies Supporting all fields of portfolio management such as business and financial/budget plan and reporting Working closely with companies’ leadership Leading and preparing the business, financial and market documentations during the project lifecycle Skills Multi-tasker, independent, punctual, and accurate with excellent organizational skills Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively. Team-oriented, collaborative, good personal relationships Written and verbal communication skills Communicative and responsive and can work with several project managers. Good report writing and presentation skills. Position Requirements University graduate (B.sc or higher) in business management and/or economic -MUST Excellent/fluent English writing and very good speaking - MUST 3-5 years of experience in data mining and/or analyst in established organization or venture capital/investment fund (PREFERABLY) or research institution or financial organization - MUST Excellent in Power point, excel and other relevant software - MUST.Похожие вакансии
