Our main project is a high-load product, a monthly service of more than a billion user visits. We are now seeking an experienced Head of Analytics to lead our analytical department. Responsibilities Lead and manage the Analytics Department, encompassing Product Analytics, A/B Testing, Data Science/Advanced Analytics, and Analytical Infrastructure teams. Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected, and make certain that the gathered data is trustworthy and can be relied upon for making critical business decisions. Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, ensuring that data insights are integral to decision-making processes. Collaborate closely with the CPO, CEO, and various teams, including product development, marketing, and engineering, to support data-driven decisions and initiatives. Oversee the development and implementation of advanced data models and analytics tools. Proactively identify and implement improvements in product analytics to enhance user experience, optimize platform performance, and drive business growth. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics and related technologies. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing analytics teams and projects in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment. Expertise in ensuring data accuracy and integrity, along with proficiency in data science, machine learning, statistical analysis, and A/B testing methodologies. Strong knowledge of data infrastructure and big data technologies. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business strategies. Passion for digital entertainment, gaming is a plus.
