OUR SERVICES:● Joint Venture, Technical Tie-up, Alliance & Collaboration● FDI● Mergers & Acquisitions● Market Research & Competitive Analysis● Export & ImportRole Summary:● Develop and deploy a Business Development strategy between CIS regionand India, working across the company to design, develop and drive offerings.● Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide feedback to thecompany leadership team and other company functions.● Establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.● Manage key customer relationships and help close strategic salesopportunities.Duties and Responsibilities:● Managing the relationships between existing clients and prospects in CISRegion.● Define, lead and drive business development.● To drive through direction to the business development in identifying therelevant market segments, creation of lead generation engine, qualification ofleads (including client interactions) and helping the product and marketingteams to articulate the desired solution.● Lead Market Segmentation, Lead Qualification, Client Solution Requirementanalysis, solution design in coordination with internal teams.● Strategic deliverables include quarterly alignment / re-alignment withfunctional and regional sales leaders, planning of field enablement programs,pipe generation & close campaigns, and thought leadership / customerawareness activities. ● Proactively identify, develop and drive quarterly customer acquisition andenablement initiatives that will deliver business growth, and generate +accelerate pipeline● Work with product marketing to refine message, selling and enablement toolsand assets based on customer and market feedback; develop go-to-marketinitiatives and execution plans to accelerate growth and remove obstaclesCompetency & Behavioral Skills: (Use “E” to denote Essential and “D” forDesirable)● A professional positive attitude – E● Detail-oriented, flexible and able to respond to last minute changes – E● Good organizational communication and interpersonal skills like ability tocreate effective relationships, listen, communicate, influence, and collaboratecross-team at all organizational levels – E● Commercial acumen and Interpersonal skills – E● Vendor Relationship Management and Customer Service Background – DTechnical/Functional Skills: (Use “E” to denote Essential and “D” for Desirable)● Ability to read and understand small & large non-complex Contracts andAgreements – E● Excellent in using Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. – E Candidate Specification:● Excellent communication in English & Russian language● Experience of 2 to 5 years● Ability to bring form and structure to the ambiguous● Experience establishing & nurturing key customer relationships andsupporting the closing of strategic opportunities.● Strong analytical, presentation, advanced abilities in business modeling .● Ability to interface, influence and manage with all levels of organization.
