Junior Recruiter will participate in the search for specialists for key industrial projects in Russia. Responsibilities: Active search and operation filling of vacancies for middle and senior management; Conducting initial selection interviews, telephone and/or face-to-face interviews with potential candidates; Communication and support for candidates at every stage of selection; Supervise the completion of the probationary period by candidates; Participation in solving other business tasks of the company; Reporting.
