Operations Manager

We are actively seeking a confident and capable Operations Manager to elevate and optimize our team's global operations.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Responsibilities: Manage corporate operations to ensure procedures are executed seamlessly and competently; Oversee and handle complete company procurement and merchandise logistics; Handle corporate license subscriptions, inclusive of researching and obtaining new licenses for all divisions based on necessities; Regular analytics on user engagement for subscriptions; Enhance policies for license subscriptions; Encourage communication and cooperation within the operations team; Constantly refine company policies for maximum performance; Produce detailed documentation for internal processes and methods; Regularly interact with end-users to effectively address their needs and worries. Qualifications: Significant demonstrable experience as an Operations Manager; Exceptional communication and organizational abilities; Competence to establish and impose best practices; Ability to navigate unexpected issues and troubleshoot succinctly.; Exceptional problem-solving capabilities; Must be adaptable and receptive to changes; Expertise in meticulously documenting processes and procedures; Previous experience of working remotely.
