Our clients are mostly from the US and Europe markets. Sharp dev specialists can operate independently or as extra muscle for client’s existing development team. We make projects with different technologies - React Native, Flutter, React, Angular, Node js, .Net Core, .NET Server Side, Razor, AWS, Azure, etc. We are a distributed team - you can work from any place in the world. Now we’re looking for a strong lead generation leader to boost our Business development team. You’ll be in charge of prospecting and searching for new customers via existing marketing channels - Upwork and Linkedin. Requirements English level - B2-C1, Russian level - B2-C1 Successful experience in lead generation and sales for IT businesses - outsource projects, outstaff services - 1year+ Experience with Upwork - 1year+ Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers; Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented; Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients; Experience working with tools like Jira, Google Drive, etc. Highly organized, self-discipline and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. Responsibilities Active search and attraction of potential clients; Reach out to target leads with Upwork. Creating bidds and offers for potential clients; Qualifying potential clients for project scope and budget Filling and updating data in a CRM system.
