This position requires: 1. Bahelor's degree in finance or accounting 2. 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis or operations management 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. 1C experience as a plus 5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills 6. Knowledge of management accounting principles and financial reporting requirements Details: Key responsibilities of an OPEX Finance analyst include: 1. Analyzing operational expenses: The OPEX Finance analyst reviews and analyzes the company's operational expenses, including salaries, rent, utilities, and supplies. They identify areas where expenses can be reduced or optimized. 2. Budgeting and forecasting: The OPEX Finance analyst works with key stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts for operational expenses. They provide input on expense projections based on historical data and latest trends. 3. Reporting and monitoring: The OPEX Finance analyst prepares regular reports on operational expenses, including variance analysis and trend analysis. They monitor actual expenses against budgeted amounts and provide explanations for any variances. 4. Process improvement: The OPEX Finance analyst identifies opportunities for process improvement to streamline expense management and reporting. They work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that improve efficiency and accuracy. 5. Stakeholder communication: The OPEX Finance analyst communicates with stakeholders across the organization, including sales, operations, marketing and senior management.
