Summary: We are looking for a Personal assistant with fluent English, and basic Chinese language knowledge the relevant experience in supporting top-management to join one of our most important departments Main responsibilities: Planning and manage the day schedule of the line manager; Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; Travel support; Planning business meetings, preparing presentations, making minutes; Interactions with different business departments; Responsibility for accounts and budgets; Participation in department's projects; To support team buildings and other department events. Requirements: High Education; Fluent English, Business English - really fluent one, Chinese- basic level; Working experience on the position of Personal/Executive assistant; Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project); Wide experience in using different software for preparing presentations; Soft skills: proactive, dynamic, interested in IT, responsible, attentive, quick and intelligent. Ability to multitask, organizational skills, good interpersonal skills; Ready for business trips (not often); Ready for an intensive working schedule because of different time zones (34 offices around the world: North & Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Turkey & Africa, APAC).Похожие вакансии
