We're seeking an experienced PHP Team Lead to spearhead the development of our in-house tech stack. You'll guide and empower a team of backend developers to craft innovative solutions. What you`ll do: Lead and mentor a dynamic team of 3+ developers Write well-structured code Breathe new life into existing applications Design and build cutting-edge applications Oversee code reviews and integrations Spearhead recruitment efforts to expand your dream team. What we expect from you: Fluent written and spoken English 4+ years of professional PHP development experience 2+ years of experience shaping the architecture and design of systems Proven leadership experience managing a team of 3+ developers Expertise in a modern PHP framework (Symphony, Laravel, Yii2, etc.) - Yii2 experience is a bonus! Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Why join us?
