The Mission of the role: To attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent that drives organizational success by aligning candidate skills and values with the company’s mission and culture, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. What you’ll be responsible for: Sourcing High-Quality Candidates: Headhunt and identify high-quality candidates who fit our company culture and job requirements. Measure the performance and retention rate of new hires within a specified period (e.g., 6 months or 1 year). Ensure alignment of new hires with company culture and job requirements. Quickly Filling Roles: Fill defined roles swiftly after job definition. Track the average time from the initial job posting to the candidate’s start date. Aim to reduce time to fill while maintaining high-quality hires. CV Screening and Selection: Screen and select CVs to identify the most suitable candidates. Assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements. Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates for culture fit and technical skills. You’ll be a great fit if you have: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English. Effectively convey job requirements and company culture to candidates. Proficiency in negotiating and managing expectations with candidates and hiring managers. Assessment and Interviewing Skills: Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications. Use various assessment tools and techniques to determine the candidate’s fit for the role and company. Cultural Awareness: Ability to identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
