Responsibilities: Communicating with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives Prepare and organize documents and bank applications Update account information and ensure accuracy in customer records Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course based on market changes Prepare and submit required reports Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability Requirements: Degree in Finance, Business Administrator, Legal education or related field Familiarity with business processes and financial principles Experience in Banking field and/or FIU and/or Compliance Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
