Due to the positive development of our activity, we are looking for a new Researcher to join the team. The role As Researcher, in close collaboration with the management team, you will be fully involved in the core business of the company, having an impact on its successful development via:Research: Developing search strategies and priorities together with the Project Owner Conducting searches on various platform (Job Boards, Database, Social-Media, Linked-In…) Being responsible the initial approach of candidates by Phone or Message Participating partly or fully in the first call screening / first assessment Collecting and saving CV in the database, as well as organising profiles and being responsible for the quality of the information in the database Participating in the profiling of the candidates in collaboration with the project owner Approaching/contacting mid and senior profiles with quality manner and professionalism Being the face of the company for one of the most important contacts with the candidate, the 1st one Monitoring the market (client/industry situation, competitors…) Projects coordination: Creating Job Description Being part of the communication with candidates all along the process (briefing, meeting invitation, debriefing, etc.) Creating the closing documents to be sent to client Realizing progress report on projects Company support: Supporting the company in its visibility activities, monitoring and creating content (website, social medias, hh.ru…) The Candidate Higher education from a reputable university Excellent communication skills Strong self-confidence while being an open-minded person Analytical and logic skills Positive attitude with capacity to keep going in the adversity EnglishПохожие вакансии
