Обязанности:
Responsibilities: Overall management and coordination of the External Supplier base, in line with the company’s strategy; First port of call for communication on all general and strategic matters with all suppliers; Responsible for achieving best possible trading terms with each supplier; Timely delivery to suppliers information about new processes, future seasonal collection, as well as timely setting of the tasks and subsequent control over their implementation; Supporting the Product Team with negotiations; Supporting with Product Team with penalties against suppliers where appropriate (eg discounts for late shipments) Resolving conflict issues with suppliers; Working closely with Finance Director on payments to suppliers and all communication related to payments with suppliers; Liaising with Product Team and Logistics team to determine mode of shipment – sea, train, air (air usually at supplier cost); Selected trips to suppliers, together with the Product Teams Responsible for the Sourcing Strategy of the company; Continuously searching to add new suppliers that can bring added value to the business Requirements: University degree (Economic, Technical, Finance); Work experience as a director of purchasing department/purchasing director – 3 years min; English - fluent; Good PC skills (MS Office, 1C, Navision - desired); Experience in management of procurement raw materials / packaging or finished products, retail and IT equipment Experience in managing procurement on strategic level (global needs, interaction with key suppliers); Set up budgeting process and implement competitive bidding in department. Skills in developing rules and procedures for all levels of problem solving: strategy, tactics, operational management; Optimization of the procurement process record keeping; Professionally ambitious, autonomous in decision-making Офис находится около м.
