We develop projects both in Russia and abroad.As a Director of Business Finance you will drive financial strategy and oversee financial operations within our company.Job Responsibilities: Oversee Financial Planning and Analysis division, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Implement systems and processes to enhance the efficiency and quality of key deliverables. Continuously enhance financial models and data structures to align with evolving organizational needs. Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop annual budgets and strategic financial goals. Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis. Lead cross-functional projects with finance and legal components. Manage project execution, including subsidiary setup and process implementation. Collaborate with teams to ensure projects meet strategic goals and regulatory requirements. Mitigate financial and legal risks associated with project execution. Manage internal reports and external presentations on projects. Supervise Finance Business Partners supporting business unit management. Foster strong relationships with business unit leaders to understand financial requirements. Guide Finance Business Partners in analyzing financial data and suggesting actions. Oversee business unit budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.What You’ll Need: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum 8 years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling. Experience in developing detailed budget models and enhancing existing budgeting processes. Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and coordinating finance and legal support. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders. Strategic thinker capable of analyzing complex financial issues and providing actionable recommendations. Knowledge of international finance and legal regulations, especially in setting up subsidiaries, is desirable. Ability to communicate complex issues effectively in simple, impactful mediums such as CEO briefs or memos.What we offer: Remote or hybrid work format.
