We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of Food & Beverage at LOTTE HOTEL MOSCOW. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring accurate pricing and cost control Maintain high service standards throughout the day, with a preference for knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards Monitor guest satisfaction levels and promptly address any complaints Develop departmental goals, motivate staff, and implement projects and procedures Cultivate strong relationships between departments to ensure seamless operations REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English University degree, preferably in Hotel Management Proficient in computer applications Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Effective leadership abilities Excellent communication skills If you are passionate about exceptional food and beverage experiences and meet the requirements listed above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
