MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting. We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL. We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team, whose main task is to develop and promote our products in the FinTech Markets in CIS Region. What is to be done: Manage and coordinate marketing and creative staff Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies Monitor current campaigns, ensuring their staff meets deadlines and completes necessary tasks Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure Oversee all marketing campaigns for the company or department Implement strategy Promote a business, product, or service Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns Our expectations from the candidate: Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels Excellent communication skills Ability to think creatively and innovatively Budget-management skills and proficiency Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc. We offer: Official employment; Work format office / from home with a flexible start of the working day from 08:00 to 11:00; Competitive salary (according to your wishes and professional competencies); VHI, payment for meals, a discount on classes in a fitness club; Corporate English, participation in training/conferences, providing specialized literature (and not only in electronic form!); Ability to influence the final result and understand the business logic of products: we follow the principles of Agile; Bright and non-standard corporate events - where without them =) Submit your feedback!
