About the job: Yandex Go is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to respond to customer queries, make outbound calls, and gather customer feedback. You will be responsible for: Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone and chat Sharing feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Gathering customer feedback and share it with our product, sales, and marketing teams You might be a fit if you have: Passion for helping people and communicating with them Good problem-solving and conflict management skills Strong writing and verbal skills in English and Russian languages (Arabic is desirable).
