DSR Corporation is a leading international IT company specializing in software development. With over 25 years in the industry, we cater to clients ranging from startups to global brands. We have 5 international offices, with our largest development center located in Voronezh, Russia. We are looking for a talented Content Manager to join our dynamic team, help expand our brand, and promote our experts within the IT community. Key Responsibilities: Write well-structured and technically accurate content on IT topics in both Russian and English (including news, announcements, articles, press releases, blog posts, website content, social media posts, and other digital platforms). Create content for both internal and external company resources. Collaborate with developers, marketers, and designers to execute the content strategy. Work on PR and HR projects: press conferences, career events, Training Center, updating internal guidelines, etc. Bring creativity to content: work with memes, stickers, video formats, and explore new communication methods. Monitor, manage, and analyze project statistics. Produce content from concept to visual support for internal and external projects (Training Center, HR brand). Requirements: At least 3 years of experience as a Copywriter or Content Manager in the IT sector. English proficiency at B2 - C1 level: you will need to communicate with colleagues from other offices, give presentations, and host webinars. The interview will partially be conducted in English. Understanding of the IT industry and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts. Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zoho is preferred. Understanding the specifics of content for various social media, IT resources, and media outlets. Strong organizational skills and responsibility. Experience with photo/video equipment.
