The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Japanese and English. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage photoshoots at various locations throughout Japan. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Ensure projects are completed on time, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during photoshoots. Qualifications: Previous experience in organizing and coordinating photoshoots is strongly preferred. Fluency in both Japanese and English for seamless communication with clients and local teams. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Adaptability and quick problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges. A proactive approach to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
