Features include accommodation booking, a central reservation system, payment processing, itinerary creation and more. Location: remotely. Employment: Self-employment/B2B Contract. Full-time (8 hours/day). Working from home equipment is needed. A strong candidate will have: experience of technical support; negotiation and written/verbal communication skills in both English (upper-Intermediate) and Russian; basic knowledge in Linux administration; ability to answer calls promptly; proficiency in reading logs; high typing speed; problem solving approach and strong attention to details. ability to work independently. Will be a plus: technical background; travel or software related industry experience; QA courses. Your responsibilities would include: providing technical support of software for customers and business partners; reproduce/registering bugs; resolving problems related to installation/servers; working with database.
