Manage key account for a specific customer and other defined projectsAnalyze future business potentialResponsible for profit for a defined customerPrepare customer quotations for new business and change management in cooperation with engineering, costing, purchasing and operationsNegotiate all contractual aspects of the customer relationshipPrepare and deliver product and project presentations, internally and for the customerCollect and update information for customer organization, purchasing strategies, technical development and customer contactsBe involved in customer-related innovation processesCollaborate with project development teams (program management, engineering, purchasing, etc.)Responsible for change management of current business and programs under developmentMeasure customer satisfactionImprove standards of business processes across regionsCollaborate with global organization in relevant regions, with main focus on China, Europe.
