Responsibilities and hard skills: - Knowledge of the company’s balance sheet, profit and loss statement (P&L), and cash flow statement. - Ability to analyze and calculate the profitability of company projects and operations, assess their cost-effectiveness and efficiency. - Calculate payroll, correlate expenses with the cost of work, and prepare and maintain payroll statements. - Monitor the company’s accounts receivable and payable, track and manage debts in a timely manner. - Control the company's expenses through bank accounts, analyze cash flow, and ensure budget compliance. - Monitor employee expenses on corporate cards and accountable funds, ensuring compliance with set limits and company policies. Requirements and soft skills: Analytical thinking. Higher education in finance, economics, banking, or accounting. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets. Good communication skills for working with the team. Ability to organize work clearly and structurally. Attention to detail. Stress resilience. Active and proactive attitude. Intermedia English.
