PR and Marketing Division is looking for a very proactive and positive personality to take the position of PR & Communications Manager. Responsibilities: Initiate and lead special projects with added value for the hotel’s business goals; Maintain and develop relations with traditional and new media, assure presence and visibility on multiple channels; Deploy creative content aligned with brand guidelines and hotel positioning to support marketing communications strategy; Assist with digital marketing tasks to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all activities; Arrange and streamline photo and video production aligned with current needs; Support guest facing departments with auditing materials, ensuring external messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and hotel positioning; Manage creation and timelines of collaterals and digital layouts including basic graphic design, content creation, negotiating costs, design projects with external partners; Work closely and proactively with key hotel departments to develop promotional and marketing activities and calendars to feed relevant channels so as to stimulate revenue opportunities; Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management. Ensuring that the whole hotel is informed about activities and promotions in order to create awareness and excitement that will drive profitability; Assists Director of Marketing / PR & Communications team with SEO, digital marketing, PPC and e-commerce (as needed) to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all activities; Able to create visuals and design (as needed), must be proficient in different tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Indesign, Figma, Tilda, or similar; Lead documental workflow, prepare and submit PR reports; Track media coverage and follow industry trends. Skills & knowledge required: University Degree; Minimum 2 years of previous PR and marketing experience, hospitality and/or luxury brands background preferred; Advanced English language (both oral and written), literate Russian language; Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills; Strong organization skills, being team player; Efficient and graceful multi-tasking skills; Knowledge of graphic design software to produce creative layouts; Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects within deadlines and priorities; Being very flexible, open minded and positive person.
