Our IT Department is growing and the Remote IT Support Team needs a new member - Junior specialist with a high level of English speaking skills, willing to start his career in the international IT Support. What will you do: Provide technical support to our foreign clients within SLA (OTRS based ticket system, three lines of support); Perform Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting; Learn new things daily and implement the knowledge in cloud and hosting services such as Office 365, Mimecast; PBX systems such as Avaya, Asterisk; backup solutions such as Acronis; desktop Microsoft, Apple OS, server Microsoft OS, virtualization systems, network devices (HP, Cisco, FortiGate, SonicWall etc.); Why you may be the one: You have basic Windows OS administration skills; You understand the basics of local and global networks; You speak English confidently (Intermediate+) and are ready to practice it every day; You have a strong desire and willingness to learn and grow in IT sphere; You are able to work in fast-paced environment and multitasking is part of your personality; You know the core principles of customer service.
