Main responsibilities: Managing end-to-end recruitment for sales and office vacancies Delivering the high level of stakeholders' and candidates' satisfaction Guiding stakeholders through all steps in the recruitment process Executing all types of interviews Job boards and career portal update Talent mapping for critical roles Maintaining candidates' database Managing recruiting agencies Participation in HR projects related to talent management Requirements: From 2 years of relevant experience Experience in recruitment for pharmaceutical sector will be an advantage Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients Customer focus and the ability to manage stakeholders Very good knowledge and understanding of different recruitment tools and practices Experience of candidate selection for different range of positions would be an advantage Intermediate English We offer: Outsourcing contract Remote working Mobile phone allowance Meal allowance Life insuranceПохожие вакансии
