ЛОКАЦИЯ: г. Отрадное (гибрид). TASKS: This role ensures effective implementation and execution of the Kraft Heinz Supplier and External Manufacturers Quality Management System across all suppliers and External Manufacturers facilities for Russia Business. The position provides visible quality leadership ensuring that Kraft Heinz Standards are understood and met through on-site assessments. This position audits suppliers, external manufacturers and warehouses in regular basis and is responsible for corrective action and continuous improvement. QRMP, Platinum Rules and Thermal Process (ISP/IPM) Audits are managed external manufacturers. Travel required 40-50% (about 6 to 10 external manufacturers and 45 to 60 Suppliers or an average of 40 total audits per year for external manufacturers and suppliers). This position requires packaging material supplier audit experiences. The position manages successful commercialization of new products at copackers. The position manages project risk assessment and PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) for NPDs, Renovation and VE Projects in external manufacturers. Support commercialization activities by checking and approving all food safety and quality related points in the projects. The position manages post launch evaluation of new product launched, monitor, report and work on solution of complaints and serious incidents related with suppliers and external manufacturers in the range foodservice and retail channel. This position is responsible to make thermal process audit (ISM and IPM) for external manufacturers. OUR FUTURE TEAM MEMBER: Fluent in English in speaking and writing. Education or Operational/On the job knowledge of Food Science, Food Production, Manufacturing Quality/Operations, or other relevant environments. Experience in or working with Quality function. Preferably packaging suppliers and copacker audit and development. Proven history of technical quality or production knowledge of Quality Assurance, Food Compliance and Auditing policies & programs in Food or relevant Manufacturing & Co-Packing operation. Working knowledge of quality systems and policies; HACCP, ISO 9000, IFS, BRC, GFSI systems.
