Duties: The Car Sales Executive tasks revolve around implementing a sales development plan and managing customer relations/satisfaction to increase the global sales and market share, but your main missions are as follows: - Prospection in the assigned geographical area. Perfect knowledge of the market and the competition. Awareness of the trade standards and regulations in your target countries to increase your sales capacity.- Management and expansion of the customer portfolio of the company.- Identification of the needs of potential customers, providing advice, and sales conclusion, negotiating contracts (forecast, targets, SLA, end of the year rebates, ...) and ensuring follow-up.- Achievement of turnover and margin targets.- Coordination and cooperation within the other Departments of the company (logistic, finance) to guarantee the best quality of service and increase customer satisfaction (order follow-up, marketing support, order preparation and dispatch). Requirements: Requirements:Requirements:The Car Sales Executive must be familiar with the type of car models to be able to increase the market share of the company in your allocated geographical area. He/she identifies any opportunity for additional sales and will travel to visit his/her customers and prospect in the countries, or to participate in exhibition according to potential that will have to be studied. Experience:- 5 to 10 years in CARS Sales (Import & Export) in GCC Countries and Russia.- A plug and play candidate coming from the same field of activity that will bring his/her expertise will maximize his/her chance to succeed immediately in the position.- Experience in an international environment (financial flows and logistics) Skills:- Negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.- Ability to establish and maintain trust in the relationships with customers and influence purchasing decisions.- Russian Language is MANDATORY.
