The Human Resources practitioner in P&G is responsible for strengthening high-reaching advantages for the company by attracting the best talents, developing organizational capability, and helping employees to achieve peak performance.Our objective is to be a business-integrated partner at the heart of helping some of the world’s greatest professional talent – including yourself. You will work on the P&G Gillette plant, which produces double-edge blades (7 O’clock, Astra, Sputnik) and disposable razors (Blue 2, Gillette 2) and packages system razors and blades (Gillette Fusion, Mach3, Venus). You will be responsible for: Recruitment process: managing job posting, screening CVs, organizing interviews, and communicating with candidates. Campus events: being in touch with the best universities and professional schools, engaging students, and building P&G employer brand locally. Engaging and developing plant interns as potential future company leaders. Analyzing HR indicators, like headcount, attrition data, etc., to create action plans. Driving organization initiatives to support company goals.
