This ensures they don't need a large technical team to initiate new advertising campaigns. Recognizing the intricacies of the media buying process, our team is committed to an ambitious mission that ensures our software consistently meets or even exceeds user expectations. The AIO team goal is to seamlessly integrate key software features and solutions into a singular, unified platform. This approach is geared towards simplifying processes, eliminating redundancies, and ultimately providing users with an enhanced, streamlined mediabuying experience. The vision of AIO Tech is clear: to revolutionize the way professionals interact with media buying tools and to set a new industry standard. Requirements: Experience: 1+ years. Hard Skills: - Sales Techniques and Methodologies (Knowledge of consultative selling, SPIN selling, Challenger Sale, or similar frameworks). - Technical Tools Knowledge (Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaboration or sales enablement platforms). - Event and Networking Coordination (Planning and participating in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads). - Customer Retention Strategies (Designing initiatives to maintain and grow client relationships over time). Soft Skills: - You easily connect with new people and can maintain a conversation on various topics. - You have the ability to "read" the person you're speaking with and adapt your behavior to match their preferred style. - Experience in cold sales is a plus but not mandatory. - You are a goal-oriented, communicative, motivated, and self-organized individual. - You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. - You know how to effectively present a product. It will be an advantage if you know how to work in: - Notion - amoCRM - Bitrix24 Responsibilities: - Active search and attract new customers, create commercial proposals, and conduct negotiations in the company's interests. - Develop client relationships to maintain and extend commercial partnerships. - Work with the existing client base to achieve planned performance targets. - Perform analytics on the client base.
