To achieve our ambitious goals, we are seeking a professional and experienced Head of Legal Department to manage legal operations, intellectual property, contract drafting and review, as well as ensuring regulatory compliance for the company and its products. Key Responsibilities of the Head of Legal in Web3: Legal Strategy and Management: Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve business goals and mitigate risks. Advise leadership on regulatory matters and the launch of new products. Regulatory Compliance: Monitor legislative changes and engage with regulatory authorities. Intellectual Property Management: Resolve disputes and manage registration processes. Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including smart contracts and partnership agreements. Optimize contract management processes. Risk Management and Dispute Resolution: Assess legal risks of new technologies and products. Handle litigation and dispute settlements. Corporate Governance: Develop internal policies to ensure compliance with standards and ethical practices. Collaboration with international authorities Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a legal team with expertise in blockchain. Train and develop professionals for Web3-specific tasks. Other responsibilities related to legalization. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the Web3 industry; Knowledge of international law; Experience in contract drafting and legal support of transactions; Strong expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML); Fluency in English; Proficiency in Russian is an advantage; Attention to detail and an organized approach to work; What We Can Offer: Competitive salary.
