We are looking for a self-motivated, and responsive Account Manager responsible for guiding our advertisers to achieve the best results. To succeed in this role, you will need a deep understanding of the online advertising market and excellent interpersonal skills. The initial focus would be on our Russian speaking clients from the CIS region. About you Manage the acquisition and onboarding of new customers following our customer screening process. Maintain regular contact with customers, build key relationships, and update all account records. Responsible for managing a portfolio of several accounts, conducting (post-onboarding) follow-ups to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Daily performance analytics and optimization for the customers Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail; the sharp attention to details is very, very important Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet your monthly KPIs Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Excellent understanding of B2B and B2C digital marketing concepts and best practices A strong understanding of various ad formats, i.e., push, pop-under, native, banner and interstitial ads Fast responsiveness Strong communication and analytical skills – monitoring and identification of advertising trends and generation of actionable insights in reports to the business and clients Organised and execution-oriented, as we are an early-stage startup Growth mindset - someone who is not afraid to think big and take on risks Minimum two years of experience in a similar position Native Russian Intermediate English (to communicate inside the team) Nice to have “Hunter” personality - you will constantly look for new opportunities to grow your business and accounts Fluent in English - this would give more potential for professional growth, traveling world-wide, and, of course $.
